“I’ve been here for about 7 months and aside from the guest parking situation and minor annoyances from noisy neighbors, I really enjoy living here. The walls and floors are kind of thin and lack decent insulation (seemingly) but overall I’m happy. Really nice amenities and the game changer for me has been the office staff. Courtney, Janie and Erica have been phenomenal. Always responsive, courteous and prompt. Any time I’ve had an issue or concern they’ve always provided stellar customer service. I think what most people don’t understand is that things take some time and a few things are out of their control (we have had several cars left on blocks- no excuses but we do live in the city). I truly feel they do their best. A big change I would like to see is nightly security around the premises. Yes, improvements can be made but I have no doubts that they are actively trying to ensure that all occupants feel safe and are happy. The one star deduction is mostly for the lack of good insulation and level of noise I hear from neighbors adjacent and below, that far exceed “normal apartment noise”. Unfortunately, you can’t pick your neighbors but a good office staff makes up for it. :)”

One of the best parts is the maintenance and Adrian! Any issue that’s come up has been dealt with quickly and professionally. “First time apartment renter here. I have been pleasantly happy with my first month stay. They offered a special so that was nice. My apartment is spacious and has a good sized closet for it being a studio. The dog park is fun for my dog in the morning and evening. I do wish people would pick up after their dog though (on the grass areas) it is not hard and they have multiple pet waste stations with the bags provided(: Other than that I’m happy to be living in a good location that is convenient to me!”
