But most important, he made me feel like he cared by listening intently, making suggestions, and finally asking for MY feedback. I have been an RN for over 20 yrs, and I just have never seen this type of genuine compassion and empathy from a doctor. Needless to say, I have referred my entire family and countless friends to see Dr. Doan, and they feel the exact same way about their experience. My last advice for everyone would be; be an educated consumer. Demand a doctor’s respect by coming in prepared with questions.
