Build-A-Bear Workshop

I had an awesome experience here ! I don’t live in Texas but my brother does and his kids so when we came to the outlets I had to stop by build a bear with my babies. I spent a lot cuz it’s 4 kids but who cares their smiles is all that mattered to me. The lady who stuffs the bears was so sweet and was the inspiration to one of my nieces bears names. She got a rose bear and originally was going to name her flower but when the stuffing stag member told her that her middle name was rose she changed it to rose. Cashier was beary friendly too! Thank you for giving me and my babies an awesome experience

Amazing place for couples, families, birthday parties, events, or anyone who loves stuffed animals. I and my wife have been here multiple times and whether we're shopping in-store or getting a online order stuff. Everyone is more than helpful, especially the manager Kyle he'll answer all your questions and then some!!! Highly recommend it, will be back soon!!!

Amazing experience for my daughter! The employees are really what makes the experience whole so I am very appropriate of all the friendly smiling staff in the store today. My daughter got her first BAB and loved every moment of it. She had a blast picking out shoes and an outfit and making her bears birth certificate. Got a $10 gift card for $5 and some great information on having her birthday with BAB next month! Great location with a really awesome team of employees!

Great customer service but don't expect many outlet prices or deals. Still worth it to see the joy on my daughters face. Also long wait to get in but they will take your number and call you when it is your turn. An hour wait, but it was Saturday and it wasn't too bad as we got our place in line and shopped around in other stores. The staff were also super helpful and friendly to my daughter and I.
