“I was greated at the door when I walked in. I gave the information I was looking for and was given directions to where I needed to go. I was given time to look over several theater type recliners till I found what I was looking for. I just didn't like the one on the floor color. The sales agent gave me a swatch book and time to sort through. I found what I liked and the sale was completed in about 15 minutes. “This was my first time working with Blue Label Granite and the level of customer service and quality was phenomenal!!! Abbie was super fast with all of her responses and very transparent on pricing and the process. Once I was able to finally a date set for new cabinets to be installed, I went down to their show room to look at materials in person. Amanda was great and talked me through the options including sinks they have in stock and will install for you! I went with an in-stock quartz hoping to cut down on turn time. Chad was able to come down and measure as soon as the cabinets were finished. Chad measured on a Monday and they were able to install Thursday of that same week! The quality is AMAZING! See photos for how great it all lines up! Shout out to the people who cut down the quartz and to the awesome guys that showed up to install. I was able to get beautiful 3cm quartz faster and at a way more reasonable price than other places wanted for 2cm quartz. Save your time and money and go with Blue Label Granite! “Found awesome deals and boots for my husband and myself. Fantastic service from the team of Carmen, Weslyn and Calista. I was sad to hear they are closing but the San Antonio stores will stay open. They make Vaccari boots which I had been familiar with a pair of Python boots so I knew their quality and lower prices from buying direct versus other brands of similar quality. We found so many great deals on Alligator head, alligator and caiman tail, shark and smooth stingray! They also had deals on Black Jack boots for about 1/4 of the prices from other stores. “This particular location is pretty awesome. Everybody is super friendly there and they actually remember everybody’s names which is really crazy. LOL! They also are very good at de-escalating customers who get angry. I’ve seen a few homeless patients and they were some kind of issue, and they were able to talk them down, and finally leave with a smile instead of being angry and leaving angry. Anna is amazing. She helps keep all your meds in check. She’s the main pharmacist and make sure for people like me that certain generics are given. I have a very sensitive system and I take more than 20 medication’s. They have a list of the ones I can and cannot take as far as generic drug goes there on top of it. The only thing with them I’ve experienced that’s negative and it’s happened a few times where I went to pick up medication and they forgot to give me one of them so I would have to go back the next day. But other than that these are great people.”

“100% the best store we have come across for our pups. Drove past it on the way home from work for a few months after moving and finally stopped in a few months ago to check it out. SO glad I did. After getting a puppy, John was extremely helpful/knowledgeable about food choices without being pushy or rushing us on the switch. Got a second dog later and we’ve gotten both their leashes and collars and toys here and it seems like there’s always something new to check out which is so enriching. His wife is also very kind and helped us with the collars and leashes. Also very generous with samples for us to help make the food switch with our cats as well.
