Even my 12 yo. raved about the difference in flavor. Tender, juicy, flavorful! We often make a trip to the Corsicana HEB to purchase our meats but after our visit to HRL, they will now be our go to for anything beef. Pictured is the difference between sirloin.HEB (on the right)and HRL sirloin(on the left). MAJOR difference! HEB is chewy and lacks flavor in comparison. I will say I’ve had better jerky for the price is fairly high for two small strips of meat and the marinade was not preferred. I like my jerky dry and chewy and theirs is pretty moist and very similar to store bought.”
