With all business deals, their can be hiccups along the way. Chris the owner of Alliance was very willing to work with me every step of the way (even with my over the top demands). The roof was done as expected except for a little side job that I had them to do but I’m not taking a star away for that because they were working as fast as possible in this Texas heat to get the job done. The crew was very respectful and cleaned up the entire property on departure.

I worked with Anne the entire time for this roof. She Spent a great deal of time making sure I knew what to expect and worked diligently in communication with Chris to ensure I was left satisfied with this roof.

I have been promised they would follow up in the future to check on the roof. We will see! If they hold their end of the bargain this just might be the best roofing company out there.

(Side note: I have had other roofs put on and they have exceeded my expectations. I will continue to use them in the future)

I couldn't have hoped to work with a friendlier, more professional, or more knowledgeable group of guys. Levi and Logan were great, but special thanks go to Chris, who was there with me every step of the way, always ready and willing to answer any questions I had.
