I went to pay a ticket today and I was served by Rachel Gomez and it was a real good experience she was smiling and was real nice and courteous thank you Rosa for caring about your job!! God bless you. The first time I came there I was served by Rachel Gomez this lady was first off frowning and did not greet me with friendliness and she was very standoffish and not very nice so I just left to come back another day. You are a customer service agent Mrs Gomez so show some kind of love for your job. Mrs Gomez needs to show more compassion and kindness, just a bad experience. Thank you again Mrs Lopez for your obvious happiness and caring. You will know a tree by its fruits as God says.
