They are nice and respectful and willing to help you in any way, just obey the law. I appreciate that they patrol Hwy 67 for speeders, so slow down. Just as with any community, we don’t want vehicles speeding through town putting anyone in danger.”

I want to take a minute to thank Deb, who called me as soon as she read the first review and went above and beyond to fix the problem. The two technicians who came out this morning also went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and very professional. I understand we all have our bad days, but it takes true values to admit where there is a problem and then to fix it. So, thank you very much! You guys have our business in the future. Initial consult was amazing. Informative, professional, and efficient. Amazing experience. I am putting one star because of horrible customer service in their main office. I had a tech come knock on my door at 8am. Initially, I had told the man who gave us a quote I would get back to him - I needed to go over everything with my husband. Life happened and I did not call back to schedule. So having someone show up at my door, unexpectedly, took me by surprise. I did not open the door. I called the main office. The woman basically barked at me saying “he’s there to service your house, why don’t you go out there and talk to him?” My reply, “because I don’t know why he’s here. He’s a stranger to me, I have littles - I don’t open my door to unknown, unexpected guests.” To which she says “well, most customers put it on their calendar’s that their tech is coming. I don’t have time to call hundreds of customers a day before to inform them a tech will be coming by.” As a person who also deals with customers on a daily basis, this was an incredibly tacky unprofessional response. I was looking forward to doing business with a highly knowledgeable company. But her interaction has caused me to find another company to handle our needs.”

They accused me of ripping the shower head off the wall when it's a sprayer with a button to turn off the spray it blew off the wall in front of me and my daughter though we saw it with our own eyes i was told we're not going to be able to rent here again. I will be contacting Expedia the third party booking site we rented crew and letting him know about this.”

“My excursion went into anti theft mode and he made sure before he came out it wasn’t something simple. So he walked us through a few things and decided it was time to come out. He kept us informed the entire time about his eta and was very respectful. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to help us get our car up and running again. The anti theft mode burned out the battery also and he followed us to get a new one and even changed it. The price was very very affordable! I would recommend him to anyone hands down. We are from New Mexico and he was quick to help. I will keep his number in my phone ans refer all my family In the area!!”

I was thinking I should have the transmission service, because I don't know its service history, fluid is not the bright red I'm used to but, according to Bill, that's pretty much a death sentence for a transmission with 175,000 miles. He said it would be best to leave it alone, if its never been service, and just keep it full of fluid. Thank you so much for the honesty, Bill.”
