I found the Jeep on CarGurus and after reaching out, Rich was very good at staying in touch and supplying all the details that I needed. I never saw the truck in person, so Rich was my proxy during the whole decision process. He was very honest and responsive, and made the process as easy as could be. I will be pinging him on my next truck/Jeep purchase to see what else he may be able to find for me! : )
