First let me point out that no customer has to go out of their way to write a review for MBoB. Every visit they send a link, several in fact, asking how your visit was. I’ve always had extremely great experiences there, so all my surveys have been good. I did not know how quickly they would read or respond to an unhappy survey. It is even the location where I purchased my vehicle, so I can say from sales to service I have had great experiences. Monday I was so put off by how bad my service went. With that said, issues happen. It says so much about their next level customer service on how they handled the follow up. I sent a bad survey and review and within 24 hours I not only had a call to discuss it with me, they had looked into it and could now answer all questions and concerns.

(March 26, 2022, 7:28 pm)The service advisor was friendly and attentive. My needs and questions were addressed in a very timely fashion and I had informative input from service performers. I secured a loner car and the process was seamless. Also, an interior cleaning was performed on my vehicle and it exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with the attention to detail and how a stain was removed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and look forward to returning.

(February 8, 2022, 4:35 pm)My wife wanted a used Mercedes SUV. We went to a couple of dealers around San Antonio and were not impressed. She called Mercedes-Benz of Boerne and spoke to Robert. Robert told her what was on their used inventory. We went just before closing and looked at a 2019 GLE 400 which was only slightly higher priced than a 2018 GLC 350 with 40,000 more miles, at another dealer. She loved it and made arrangements to return the next day to complete the purchase.
The dealership was very fast at completing the paperwork (I purchased a Ford truck down the street the next day and was amazed at how much faster Mercedes-Benz of Boerne was). They detailed the car and gave my wife a loaner GLC350 to use until her car was done. Robert brought her car to us in Cibolo and took the loaner car back.
Great service from phone call all the way through delivery of the vehicle.
Satisfied customer who would highly recommend this dealer. -
