They explained the procedure that would take place and then, after the procedure, what was done and the results, allowing me ample time for any questions I might have. I am very relieved to have found him. Since October I have been severely ill with serious stomach issues. For years, i knew I had UC but had no real proof since I hadn't had a colonoscopy done. I went through a total of 3 or 4 different GI's, and wasnt near impressed like I was with DR. Rensch. I took it upon myself to be very selective on who I chose, and I couldnt be happier. Him and his staff are very professional. Now i am on the road to treatment and hopefully a quick recovery. Thank you Julie and Dr. Rensch! You guys are wonderful! Blessed be!

My initial contact was with Dylan and then a consult with Julie. Both were courteous, professional, & informative. I had never opted for a colonoscopy until my speaking with Julie about my issues. My colonoscopy and EGD were done at the Boerne Surgery Center. From the time I arrived I was treated very nicely and with great attention from the receptionist and the nurses. Dr. Rensch and the nurse anesthetist, Daniel Schlichting, met with me with courtesy, professionalism, and information. The procedure nurse and tech were also courteous and professional, and I felt very at ease. I went through the procedure well and was quite surprised how quick and easy it was. Once again, I was attended by great nurses. Dr. Rensch spoke to me again following the procedure and my results were mailed within a few days. I am very well pleased with Dr. Rensch, his staff, and all at the Boerne Surgery Center. My thanks go to each and everyone!
