“I would like to say that the property manager is great at what she does! She not only manages the property she demonstrates empathy and a genuine understanding to the people she serves! Through the pandemic like most suffered with a lot of loss and financial challenges. I would like to share that going through those things are not easy. The loss of anyone can be challenging and financial hardships can also take a toll on people. Victoria helped me through it all. She made sure she stayed in contact with me, she made sure that I was getting all the answers I needed, she helped me find resources, she supported in any way she could. I really appreciate everything Victoria has done and continues to do for not only me but the community that she manages.
