I would say the only thing they need to work on is customer service there's times that I'm standing at the front waiting to order and numerous employees look at me but not one person acknowledges that I'm there and I have to ask somebody for help. I think this has a lot to do with them wanting people to use the self-service kiosk they have... the only problem is when I'm doing specialty orders it's not the easiest to use so I like to do it at the register to make sure it's done correctly other than that I prefer going to this McDonald's then the one by my house in Tracy... that should tell you something!”

“Looking for a quick lunch but not knowing exactly what I wanted I stopped by and had the buffet. What a great surprise, it was great. The lady serving reminded me of my grandmother - she offered enchiladas and served up two nice end one and dipped back in the pan to get all the cheese and sauce to go with them. I also wanted dome Carne Gusada , she dipped a big spoon in and poured it on my plate then she went back and picked out some meat chunks to top it off -- just like my grandmother. Everything was steaming hot just like it came fresh from the kitchen. Table service was quick and she kept the tea glass full.”

Texas Toast a nice touch with the coleslaw. Why didn't I give 5 stars, parking is wonky, I was charged for extra canes sauce (chick fila would never!), Bathroom seemed to lack attention to detail in cleaning. For example, the glass has drip marks on the door? Water spots everywhere and floor dirty. I wish these restaurants would realize that the cleanliness of the bathrooms is everything to a lot of us. Those bathrooms had to be in the 6 figures to build and install. Why not polish the stainless steel? Clean the floors, wash and sanitize the doors with something that doesn't leave a film or streak?
