I just wish we had started here. He is everything you want in an instructor. Practice is appropriately paced and he genuinely cares so much for everyone, it is very much a family atmosphere, which is optimal for kids and adults alike. You would not regret trying this school.”

Yes the building is dated and the breakfast might not be worth getting up for (but come on, are they ever really?), but for the price and easy access to the highway, it’s a perfect road trip stop. The front desk people were also very nice.”

“I had never had a sleep study done before. I really didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in. I guess I didn't expect that I would have an individual private room with a full-size bed and television. The bed was comfortable, the furnishings were pleasant, there was a wide variety of TV channels, and the staff was amazing! I felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend Alpha Sleep Labs! My husband took me inside because he wanted to be sure of my safety. He didn't tell them that was why he went in but they told him he could stay with me if you wanted. That was quite surprising! If you have to have a sleep study done, use Alpha Sleep Labs. They are wonderful!”
