Had a great experience! This doctor is so nice and passionate, took her time and really made me feel important and didn’t make me feel like she was in a rush! The receptionist was really nice! & the staff treated me so kindly. Would recommend anybody to go there!

I definitely was panicking when I opted for tooth extraction today! But my nurse and the doctor were literally SO NICE and listened every single time I told them I felt pain! They took it at my Pace and they were super calming and reassuring! 10 out of 10 I would recommend for anyone who has dental anxiety!

This is a great place to get work done on your vehicle! I had a gigantic hole caused by a piece of wood in my tire and got taken great care of! Michelle (the cashier) brought my son snacks and made him smile and Brad in the service department made the process to get it fix easy and painless! They were great!!!

Several good things about North Park Chevrolet in Castroville.
1. Excellent trade and deal for trading in my 2020 Tundra for a 2022 Trail Boss. The team of Harrison Vaughn (General Manager) and Chuck Huffman (sales) knocked it out of the park. This was my first purchase here and I plan on coming back.
2. Ordered a Ranch Hand grill guard for the new truck through the dealership. Benny in parts kept me posted on its order status and made arrangements for it to be installed in a timely manner that fit my work schedule. Very much appreciated.
3. Giant "kudos" to Harrison Vaughn and the dealership for providing a shuttle service for customers. Due to the shuttle service I didn't have to take off any work time in getting my grill guard installed. I know nothing is "free" so I appreciate Harrison putting out the budget to make this happen.
3a. The shuttle driver, Aaron, was a really professional and enjoyable person to be around. He is a "get things done right" kind of guy who got me where I needed to when I needed to. Excellent driver as well (my background is military and LE so I'm not usually comfortable with other people driving). Hat's off to Aaron.
4. I did business with my last dealership for 12 years before I moved out of their service area. I do believe I have found my new automotive home.

I love love love this dealership! We have purchased 4 vehicles here and will definitely keep going for future purchases. Justin Salazar helped us with our last purchase and he was so attentive to our needs. He made the transaction so smooth we handled most of it by phone! Great customer service!

I had a really great experience at this location from beginning to end. Lee helped me find a car that was in my budget and I was able to put the down payment that I wanted with no hassle. The manager Raul was even able to work with me to be able to reduce the price of my car. The financing process was so easy and I was even able to get amazing perks without warranty, such as tire replacement, dent repair, and key replacement. The best part was the full service done and Lee personally dropped off my car to my job as soon as it was done. Phenomenal experience and I would recommend this location to everyone looking for a car! Wide selection for any budget!
