“From the time we rented a unit at the Life Storage facility on FM 1488, the whole experience has been positive. Rental of our first large unit was smooth and seamless because of Daniel’s knowledge and expertise. Since that time, we have rented an additional smaller unit, and we’ve never had a single problem. Even our automatic billing has never had a glitch - a small miracle in itself. We’ve had to be in and out of the unit a lot, and the entire facility is always clean and comfortable. Daniel and Allyson have always been extremely friendly, helpful, and available. Even when an auction company we worked with was somewhat troublesome, Daniel and Allyson were gracious and accommodating. The facility’s hours - both for the office and for our after-office-hours access - have been very convenient.
