(April 11, 2019, 5:07 pm)I rarely leave reviews However I felt Dr.Gainey and all her staff was superb. Took the time to make sure I understood everything from treatment to billing. Never did I feel uncomfortable. Her office is clean and fresh.
Warm welcome from front desk. They all were awesome with my autistic grandchild. That in itself should be an extra ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited this Ideal Dental as a first time customer and the whole team was super helpful and friendly, made me feel very welcome shout out l Mrs.Susan in the front and Angel who helped me out through my visit! I will definitely recommend this dental office to any one in search of a new dentist!!!

(March 21, 2019, 2:05 pm)Miss Susan in the front was wonderful with helping situate insurance and financing a crown I had to get on top of a chipped molar that had a previous root canal. They did not preform the root canal but they did manage to salvage my broken tooth and put a crown over. Everyone in the office was incredible and kind. I don't have the best teeth but I never once felt judged for my teeth. I will definitely keep using them as my dentist.

I like that the office has so much up to date equipment and how fresh it looked and smelled. They are as so informative and compassionate about their job as well as their office. I appreciate how fast I was taken care of. I not only made me a follow up appointment/reservation but I scheduled my family as well. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CONROE.

(March 6, 2019, 1:02 pm)My girlfriend called in with a toothache.. Ms. Susan up front got her in the same day! The assistant in the back, Angel was super sincere and made sure that she was aware of everything going on and made sure to keep her comfortable as she could when the X-rays were difficult. Dr. Gainey came in quick and went over the best treatment options with her and performed the treatment the same day!! They were caring and comforting through the whole treatment! She left out of pain and with everything she needed! The doctor followed up with her and so did Ms. Susan. The care was phenomenal! I can’t recommend them enough!! They made something she feared into a very good experience! I can’t thank them enough!
