They do a good job
Great experience! Everyone is always very professional. Dr. Middleton did my daughters braces twice... now it's my turn!
Awesome! These ladies are extremely friendly, aid in payment arrangements, are very informative, as well as fast! And if I have to deal with braces again, I will definitely be going back there! Not only did I enjoy them, but my oldest (who needed the braces) loved them and so did my toddler! ????
Three of our four children have been treated by Dr Middleton with the fourth slated for his turn soon. Dr. MIddleton is very thorough. Our son had some health issues that would have some impact on his treatment and its timing. She anticipated issues, took necessary proactive steps to ascertain his readiness and worked with other providers, including going over and beyond in other areas of his treatment. (For which we were very grateful!)
She is very punctual, hands on, and professional with a cheery word for kids and parents.
There are some people one encounters that give a strong sense of conscientiousness, knowledge and skill. Dr M is one of those people. Her staff is skilled, they are professional, friendly and there is a strong sense that they are a team and like a family. That attitude comes across to patients and reinforces the sense of Middleton Orthodontics' dedication to excellence. We have the smiles to prove it!
