“The most amazing meal I can remember! My boyfriend and I were driving through and just stopped here on a whim. He got a huge chicken fried steak and I got the Apple walnut salad. I couldn’t resist Phil’s Temptation which was a huge brownie with ice cream and caramel sauce, to die for! Friendly, quick service. Wish we lived nearby so we could come back more often! I’d give it ten stars if I could, definitely worth a try! ♥️”

They have drink specials. One day is men's day, another ladies , etc. We've been going to El Basques for years. But their special in Rita's only include the house drinks. I can't tolerate so much lime and their specials don't include flavored drinks. I think I bought a sale drink, get up front and it's about $6-7 for the small. We pretty much dropped them for that. If u like a Rita or two with lunch and don't want to take out a loan for your meal, give them a try!”

However, the carhop was quick to catch the mistake and came back to notify me that there was a mix-up but they are remaking my order to make sure my order is fresh. When she re-delivered my order, she let me know that the manager refunded my order because of the mix up. Never had a problem at this location before. Its nice that the staff working here are upbeat and very attentive. I will keep coming back to this location, very good service.”

“I got the fried pickles as an appetizer and they were good. They were spears. I normally prefer chips but they were good nonetheless. I got the bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. Whatever the seasoning they used was awesome. All the seating was technically outside so being outside in texas in the summer was a little toasty but not the end of the world. When it gets cooler I can see going there a lot more. They also have a pool but you do need to be 21 to enter which is probably a good thing.”
