  The ear crop process is almost completed! I was very anxious and scared for my Doberman puppy but after talking to the very knowledgeable vet, I was more confident in the procedure. The staff is amazing as well, especially Veronica and Jennifer! Yes the place is a little small and can get packed (like during peak hours when everyone gets off of work or on a Saturday) but I have gone several times when it wasn’t as packed. The first 3-5 days were the worst when my pup would constantly stay scratching her ears so the owner should be extra attentive during these times. The key is to take the pup in as soon as possible. If you live hours away and/or don’t have time then perhaps you should rethink an ear crop.

  This place is amazing. The staff are all so so sweet and Veronica and Jennifer are the best. I had an incident were my dog popped 2 stitches and they stayed open late just to help me and my pup. Every time I come in they remember me and take a moment to love on my dog like he was theirs. The vet is very knowledgeable. trust him and the process! Can’t rate these guys enough.

  I was really impressed by the customer service this place had. The young lady in the front, Jennifer, was the SWEETEST to me and my puppy and took her time to explain the ear cropping process and aftercare- even though we were late and they had to stay past business hours. They were all very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. If you are undecided on where to go to get your dogs ears cropped, you won’t go wrong here.

  I highly recommended this place. My wife and I drove all the way from North Dallas to bring our 9 week old at the time Doberman to have his ears done. 4 weeks later they look amazing. ????????

  Love this place. Have had such a wonderful experience here that wonders cant describe. I have never had a doberman before much less a dog that with cropped ears. They explain to you in great detail the after care and what you should expect. When I first arrived to get my first Dobie ears cropped they reassured me that everything would be okay, but to understand the risk, because every procedure does come with risk for humans and pets. After 2 months of posting my dobies ears came out perfect. They stand up straight, the cut is just beautiful! I love the tiny little tips of the ears with a small round to it like an artist signature! His ears are cut literally the exact same: same length and same cut. I get asked all the time where my dogs ears got done and I always recommend this place. I am not just saying I have had only one good experience but 1 more. I've brought in another doberman(recently cropped). The puppy has only had her ears done for about 2 weeks and they are already standing straight. Even breeders recommend this location because of the exceptional work. So far I personally will continue taking my dogs here because I trust the doctors and the countless good work they have done.
