“This is my oldest daughter favorite place to shop. At this location, I can let the sale associates do what they love to do. They are encouraging to her and help her find clothes that fit her style. They make their shoppers want to come back with their customer service. I am never disappointed when I go to check out because my child is happy with what she found and I am happy for sale associates that can relate to my child style. I do not get this type of customer service at no other children's store. This location has sold me and I go nowhere else for her.”

“Wonderful experience as usual. I love this Sam's Club. The staff is always incredibly helpful, courteous and they always go the extra mile for their customers. Tonight, I left my Sam's Plus membership card and had to make all of my purchases at the customer service desk. Denise, who I actually thought was a manager, went out of her way to assist me. I thought she was a manager because she wasn't wearing a vest, but, it turns out she was a marketing rep in the store. She was so pleasant, courteous and patient with this purchase. I won't forget my card again, but, I'm so thankful for amazing people, who understand that to err is only human.”
