The crew did an awesome job on our house and our greenhouse. They were very polite and seemed to be eager to please us. Santos did a good job explaining to me what problems he encountered and what caused them. I really appreciate that.
I have used the company for 3 years now. This is the perfect way to do your outside Christmas decorations. They put the lights up, take the lights down and replace bulbs throughout the season....I absolutely love The Perfect Light.
Great service and beautiful Christmas lights! At first, the lights were not twinkling as ordered and the lighted ornaments were not hung the way I envisioned it. They came out right away to replace and rearrange everything. The cords were very secure and hidden. I couldn't even find the ones crossing my driveway for a few days! I was very happy with their service and desire to make things right. I also love that they have an electrician come install a dedicated control box for the lights. Felt safe. The office staff is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.
We have used The Perfect Light for the past 2 years for holiday lighting as well as landscape lighting. The owner, Mike met with us to determine our needs and has great ideas. The crew who did the installation were amazing. They worked until the job was completed and we were satisfied. They had to come fix an issue with the holiday lights in our tree when our yard guys cut a wire and were very prompt. I highly recommend this Company for all your lighting needs.
This is my second year using Perfect Light to decorate my house and yard with Garland and lights. Excuse the pun, but it is Perfect. They offer a fair price and do what they promise. There are discounts available if you can adapt to their scheduling needs which is well worth it. Ramiro and his team are who set up my lights. They are professional, friendly, accommodating and excellent at their job. They clean up after themselves and don't leave until you review their work and are satisfied (if you can be home during the install.) Bianca, the office manager, is wonderful and her service is excellent. Everyone involved is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you agree to be a repeat customer it is cheaper the second year and beyond. They store your lights for a fair fee. I'll be agreeing to next year for sure.
