“I called to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in about a month ago, Carlos, an experienced kind salesman at the location gave me a generous quote and told me to come in anytime. Upon arriving, I was greeted with a warm welcome and was invited to view the vehicle. I don't have the best credit but surprisingly they were able to work something out and I got the car I desired. Extra but relevant information: I found that all the vehicles there have clean titles and are in very good condition in comparison to their prices. I've been financing the vehicle for about two months and haven't experienced any mechanical issues. Would differently recommend to anyone trying to build or re-establish their credit.”

“Coldest night in three years and we have a burst pipe and an unrelated water heater issue. Jan (if it is Jen I am so sorry...not good with names) had the knowledge to ask about the water heater issue and knew enough about the system to know ours was under warranty for the failure we were experiencing. She got us on the list and now at 12:33am someone is here working on our issues. It is stupid cold outside but they are here. Not enough words to express our gratitude for helping us.”

“This is a very good home neighborhood convenience store. Good family that runs it. Always familiar hello when you come in. It is clean and always smells nice. Well organized and stocked. They carry good essentials on hand. They're not a huge grocery store but they are smart as to what sells and stock it. I love that I can pay for a soda refill when I bring my cup back for a $1.08 refill. AND For the Tax day floods and the floods a month later, this Star Foods store donated over 20 bags of ice to the Sawdust Baptist Church to help keep the food cold over there. And they also said to come back for more ice if more was needed. This is our family neighborhood store. Glad they're in the neighborhood!”

“Just trying to recover from hip surgery is hard enough. We needed some bathroom aids installed professionally and quickly, we searched the internet and found Bruce at Bathroom Safety Services. We made an appointment for the next day and Bruce showed up on time and listened to our concerns. He made a couple of suggestions and installed three safety grab bars in our toilet and shower areas. “After storing here for almsot tow years now, I am upping my review to five stars, the customer service is superb! I initially reviewed this place with one star based on my moving experience. About three months later I updated it to four stars because I did feel like they were trying to do a good job and that they made up for the initial issues and I had been harsh with my initial review. I am updating it again, but keeping it at 4 stars because I feel like it can get a little humid inside. The temperature is where it needs to be, and I don't think that the humidity is dangerous to the stuff that I have stored here - it's just less than perfect, I'd give the place 4.5 stars if I could. And a special mention to the manager, Bill, he has been the biggest reason for me changing my opinion on this place from 1 star to 4.5.”
