    Ever want to learn a new skill like boxing. This is the place. Tony and Junior will push you to reach your goals and work with you to acquire the skills of boxing.
    There are no watered down workouts.You are trained with the same workouts the competitive boxers do.
    This workout has it all. Strength, conditioning, agility and mental focus.

    I am currently going to Pound4Pound boxing.
    My experience has been great the staff is very nice and welcoming. I will definitely recommend it to people and planing to be their for a long time.

    I hope someone gets to read this review and try the place out. After a long day at work or just stress piling up I was looking for a place that would help me unwind. But I never thought I would get lucky enough to find a coach that pushes you to achieve the goals you set. Antonio and Junior have very quickly become the backbone to my fitness and mental improvement. They work with every individual and adapt a way of training that will work for each different person. If you made it this far just know that this place has taught me new valuable experiences and pumped up my competitive feeling again. I am learning a new skill while at the same time gaining some of the most valuable support in my coaches that I can ever ask for. Thank you Coach Antonio and Coach Junior!

    Our kids have been taking boxing and MMA classes here for about 3 months. I’ve already seen an increase in their confidence and strength. I love that they are excited to go to class every day. Coach Antonio is great with the kids and really inspires them to give it their all. My husband and I recently started the adult class that starts right after the kids class. Its a great workout! It’s never boring so it goes by so fast! It’s so fun to do something active together as a family. All of us are so glad to have found this gym. Thank you P4P!
