“Did not have them work on my vehicle, so this review is strictly about customer service. There was an older couple having a tire repaired when I got there. The tech was very polite and straight forward; did not force them to buy a new tire or try to upsell, he was straight and honest about what was/could be done and when he was asked about putting on the spare instead of buying a new tire, he was very professional and obliged the older man who owned the truck. My car had broken down and I went In to ask about some parts for a quick fix until I could get a replacement, ( they did not sell the part). The young lady behind the desk was very polite and worked with me and the techs to find something that would work. I will be going back in the future to see how their work is, but if their work is anything like their customer service, I have nothing to worry about. 5 Stars.”

“Being a single woman my car is the only transportation I couldn’t sleep because something had drained my battery 2 nights before I finally got a jump googled my problem got up early Sunday morning and went to Oreillys and was greeted by a new employee Lisa and the store Manager Gary I’m so grateful that he was there I explained my situation he was more than happy to take a look and find the problem showed my how to do the replacement without making me feel like a dumb woman. “We went through the drive through at 10:15 on a Sunday night with our family of four. The employees here were ALL next-level polite, personable, and cheerful.
