The ladder they had with them wasn't long enough, so they came back with a larger ladder and fixed the part that was broken. They showed me the part and explained everything well. “Went to the Cleveland location and Oscar was great. Gave us a great deal on our bedroom set with a new mattress, new mattress and box spring for our daughter and 2 mattresses for our boys bunk beds. Didn't give 5 stars cause it took a few days longer than originally promised to get all our furniture. We will definitely be going back though!”

“This store has been renovated and it's awesome! I've been going to this store for the past 6 years. It's one of the best organized and clean stores in the chain. I've been to stores where there are carts of stock setting in the aisles usually blocking something you need. Not at this store.. at least when I've been there. Great work guys!!”

“We love our outdoor furniture & the owners have customer service figured out!! We have family that has this furniture & it CAN take a beating (no thanks hurricane harvey) & still looks great!! We knew we were going to get this furniture but Susan & her husband made it so much more enjoyable because they were so nice & informative. We ended up taking a different direction than we originally thought we would with the color schemes but we are more than pleased with our furniture. So many color choices, styles, & even cushion fabric choices that you have something for every taste out there. Yes it is expensive but it comes with a great warranty & you are using milk jugs!!! The chairs are so comfortable, the loungers are awesome, just a great selection overall. It is worth the visit & price.”
