“Samantha, the owner and tech, was awesome! I thought we were going to go in and only have a few minutes and it was going to be very rigid to make sure we didn’t go over our 25 minute session. But she was very warm and welcoming, allowed us to take our time and get comfortable. She was very sweet and personable throughout the ultrasound. Asked us what specific pictures we wanted and tried her best to get them (my amniotic fluid was in the way). The facility was also very nice, cozy, and clean. We got the package that included the stuffed animal with recording of baby’s heart beat, video of session, and color and B&W photos. Totally worth it!!! We love being able to randomly listen to our little guy’s heart beat.”

“I am so happy to say that while I was looking for an outlet to exercise without admitting my size was ever a concern I stumbled across trapeze yoga, and to clarify, I had previously broken my back over 10 years ago and have accepted living in pain over any addictions to pharmaceuticals, I thought “I don’t have the body for yoga, but I got some strength and USED to be active’” So after my first class which was a one on one, I felt first exhausted, twisted, stretched, and that’s from a lazy person, smart but lazy! But after a few classes I realized I had no back pain, for the first time that I could remember, and what ever it has changed I turned back on my bodies fat burning capabilities and currently down over 30 pounds.
