“SERVICE REVIEW - I did not purchase my BMW from this location, however when I needed it to be serviced this is where I brought it. The process from start to finish was absolutely perfect. I was able to schedule a same day drop off online. Once I arrived, my original service advisor had a family emergency and was no longer available. JEFF WHITAKER gladly took my case and helped me address all my issues. He listened to my issues, took notes on the car and explained the process of getting the car looked at and repaired. He informed me about the process of my extended warranty and how the process works and what to expect so I had no surprises. He gave me a surplus of information about what was going on with my vehicle and about some routine maintenance that would be needed in the future. At no time did I feel pressured or unaware of what was being done. He provided me cost and worked hard to get me the best prices. He offered to help figure out transportation if I needed to or from my vehicle and treated me with such respect. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a service department as I did with Jeff. The entire Woodlands staff was very welcoming and helpful, however JEFF truly went above and beyond. Will be going back to him for all of my needs and this location when I am ready for an upgrade.”
