“When we arrived, there was an issue with our unit. We contacted the managers and they immediately attended to us and were completely wonderful! The view from our place was great & the hubs got to do a little fishing from the back docks. We walked to the pool a couple of times and it was such a great way to relax and hang out. We look forward to staying here again!”

“The room I stayed in needs serious attention. Walls peeling, warped floors, no toilet paper holder, nothing to hold your bath soap, funky beds and pillows, and track lighting in the shower. But what made up for all this were the people that own and run it. They were kind to me and helped me through a difficult time.”

“I have resided at Golf Vista Apartments, since August, 2015. I am please to report that new management has renovated issues that were affecting the property. I was able to pursue my education during management's "cleaning house". I am now a Project Manager representing the best interest of Golf Vista Apartments. Our Leasing Office appreciate tenant participation. Working together with management, will "mushroom" any concerns that may arise. I do not hesitate to recommend, our apartments. This property is 5-Star and one has to see it for his or her self. Security is very attentive, to the tenants needs. Maintenance workers are reliable. Our leasing staff is very resourceful and respectful and follow up on any issues. In Closing, Golf Vista Apartments represents affordable living and a safe environment. I recommend seeing this upgraded property, for your self.”

“Book a room as a spur of the moment thing. Reasonable prices. Desk staff was friendly. Room was nice. Only complaint would be that my room didn't have a remote for the TV so we had to keep getting up to change the channel. Not sure if all rooms are like this or not. I would definitely be coming back again. Especially since it's about a 10 minute drive to the beach.”

“The bed was super comfortable and no bed bugs! And the AC was really good too! The parking lot was a tad small making parking difficult but not impossible. Looked a little sketchy but really not bad. Great location, good view of the ocean or city depending on what side you’re on. Nightly rates were really good considering how close to the beach it is. Definitely going to keep this place in mind for our next trip out here!”

“Great location. The hotel rooms and actual space are gorgeous - everything is new and beautifully decorated. The staff was very accommodating with late check in. Pet friendly - they have a potty area for pets with bags to pick up after them. Parking is the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars; on a busy holiday weekend with trucks pulling boats, etc. there just aren’t enough spaces.”

“My husband and I stayed for 3 nights this month. This was our first time here. We loved the view of the Bay. Continental breakfast was great & the 24 hr. Coffee was delicious. “I stayed there for a while (8 nights), the staff from the front desk was friendly and helpful, but the ladies that were in the breakfast... Seems like they were mad of doing their job, they kept complaining all the time because they have no help in the kitchen and they need more, no idea why the management does not send some help. The cleaning was good but they could improve it, specially in the housekeeping service. Location is perfect, there are a few restaurants near.”
