Had been shopping around town to replace my worn tire on my MT09. Called around and finally picked up the right size I needed at brown motorsport Honda. When I was there the service manager told me they were backed up 2 weeks to install but handed me James contact info. James quickly responded to my call and was able to schedule me in same day.THE BEST PART HE WILL TRAVEL TO YOUR LOCATION IN TOWN and do the install. Very professional and explained to me how to up keep and maintain tires and chain something you ever get told when purchasing a new bike !!! 10/10 folks

James did freaking awesome I had a crazy dangerous rear tire I needed replaced he came to my house replaced the tire we spoke of our past lives, really connected. HE EVEN BOUGHT SOME CHOCOLATE FROM MY KIDS FOR THE SCHOOL FUNDRAISER!!!! Overall a great guy and great experience

Excellent work on my 2021 KTM 1290 Super Duke R. Stayed up late and made sure my tires were perfect for a next day trip. James is a genuine guy and it felt like having a buddy help you out. Running the business as a passion and not just for money. Really knowledgeable and even learned a few things. Bike actually felt smoother than factory with less vibration.
