I just had to write a review for this young man, John Taylor. I was very nervous about bringing my family items into a store, not having done anything like this before. I had looked on line a year ago for places and picked John's store, even though it was about an hour away from my home. We had a lot of items, including jewelry, coins, silverware and odd and ends. John spent over 2 1/2 hours with me and walked me through each process. I felt so comfortable with him and trust his judgement and knowledge. I would definitely recommend him and would return to him if need be. Thank you John for making this a great experience.
