Came in looking for a service hitch, and even though they didn't have it, she went out her way and called the other location to make sure they could service me, when she didn't have too!!! 5 star customer service”

“The 5 star is for the customer service you can't find that kind of customer service now a days even though I don't have a unit there but by going around looking for a storage was by far the best customer service I had there. The corporate people need to consider people like her and the maintenance guy name Steven it's a waiste of time there paying him not doing his job I don't know who is the manager Liz or Steven cuz the guy thinks he knows what his doing but his customer service sucks corporate needs to hide this kind of people in the back it's bad for business probably in the mean time I will rent a unit here I'm settled in a better one now but really love Liz customer service”
