“I chose to come to this place because my husband, kids and myself have different insurance coverage and this was one of the few places that accepted all of them. I’ve had my fair share of different dentist offices as a patient and working for one.. and I know how hard it is to schedule a family of 4 and on the same day. I called and we were on the schedule for the following week and all at the same time, same day. (Another reason why I chose to come here) The dentist was really nice, made sure we understood what was being done. He had patients waiting while in the exam room with us. But it didn’t feel rushed, and just trying to move on to the next patient. he definitely made the whole process so smooth. The front staff was also great, they took care of all our insurance stuff before our appointment. (Previous office we always had that issue) Definitely recommend.”

“Kleiman Evangelista has been my eye doctor for years… I have diabetes and have to have a more detailed exam, and was suggested to go there by my primary care physician. I have not regretted it cents. Every time I go the technician who does the first part of the exam which is the normal stuff that you do it and I exam every year, makes it very entertaining, and is very caring. And then the follow up with the doctor looking at my retina and making sure everything is still going well there is always helpful informative, and has no problem explaining everything in detail to me if I’m confused. I will continue to go there as long as I’m able.”

“BR ice cream itself is great if you like traditional, hard ice cream (I do!). I love that they have a new featured flavor or 2 every month to make it more interesting. This location has its pros and cons though. It's nice to have an ice cream shop in Central QC, and most of the time, when I go, the employees are at least attentive, if not friendly. You can sample as many flavors as you want, and they always have water and cups available for customers. They are really good about letting me customize my orders too. The thing I've noticed though is that there are frequently only teenage employees with no supervision, which means that no one is cleaning up regularly, they are antsy to close up when it gets within an hour of closing time, and a few of them lack basic necessary customer service skills and food service skills. I continue to go back because of the location and for some favorite flavors, but I do wish the owners would do something to take some pride in the appearance of their shop and in the way they train their employees.”

I’ve had times where I was really worried and he helped explain what was happening to me. Dahlia, his nurse practitioner, is a lovely lady and she takes her time with me. Jamie, the medical assistant is always pleasant to me over the phone and takes the time to explain things. I love the tech’s energy. Whatever I need to come in for an echocardiogram, she talks to me about everything. I love talking to her and laughing. The entire staff right now has been cut because of COVID. They have been referring all CPAP patients to a DME company since Mary no longer works with them. I really like the staff that they have right now because they’re not rude. There is a hold whenever I call though. I see only one person working at the front desk answering the phones when I do come in.”
