The precision of the haircut is something you just can’t get with any barber. You can tell he takes his time and tries to perfect his craft. “I just want to make a shout to Dr T!!! She is the best!! She didn’t beat around the bush with me. She told me what she thought and I feel she did not present treatment that was not needed. I had a little anxiety about going mostly because of the treatment I thought I might need. She was very laid back and made me feel relaxed because of that. But I can’t leave out her Dental Assistant, Perla I think was. She was very reassuring that I was not being high maintenance, although I probably was. She had had some difficulty issues (which we later found out to be ADHD), and after her previous day care tried to blame those issues on me and refused to really work with her, a friend recommended Miss Tracie and Bowen Road. They have been amazing. We worked together to help my daughter, and they spent the hardest year with us as we got her diagnosed and found what really worked with her needs. So many other day cares would have turned us away, but Bowen Road stuck it out with us and now my daughter is doing better than ever! We love Miss Tracie and all the teachers at Bowen Road, and we can't wait for our son to start there when he turns 18 months!”

“Last week I traveled from Tucson, Arizona to Arlington, Texas to take a 4-day glass class taught by Larry Pile at Contempo Art Glass. Larry taught us the magic behind his beautiful weaves and many other fusing tips and tricks. It was an outstanding learning opportunity and everyone in the class left with a gorgeous piece of art! The class experience was further enhanced by Kathy Barnett’s exquisite glass shop, Contempo Art Glass. She has an enormous and beautiful supply of art glass, and she encouraged us to choose our favorite colors of sheet glass and accessories for our projects. The classroom is large with comfortable worktables, lots of coldworking equipment and a variety of kilns needed to accommodate many students and provide excellent education for all levels of glass artists. We had a very hands-on class and Kathy was an extremely gracious host. She allowed us to use her shop as if it were our own studio. She also helped organize daily lunches and offered complementary beverages during class. Contempo Art Glass has all the supplies needed for any glass artist, and a lovely gallery to purchase glass art made by various artists. I highly recommend Contempo Art Glass!!!”

“Roger told me to come try it out so I did!!! The food was great, I had chicken fried chicken which comes with a side salad two sides and toast and only for $11.99 (so much food I had to take rest of it home.) I also had strawberry margarita. (Shotout to the bartender) Only not so good was the mashed potatoes, they tasted like instant out the box. I was too hungry to take photos😃😃 Its a laid back place!”
