  I was approached by Willie right after a hail storm had done major damage to my hood roof and trunk. After talking to him for a few minutes I was sold and he scheduled for Shane to come and take a look at it. He explained they could waive my deductible and even get me a rental so I agreed. After only 2 weeks I got my car my completely dent free shining like it was new. This is the best experience by far I have ever had with any kind of automotive repair service and I would highly recommend it to anyone with hail damage cause they will definitely take care of you.

  Skyler and Shane are the greatest. They took my Honda accord in for hail damage repair and did an outstanding job. I didn’t even recognize my car when they brought it back to me. Zero dollars out of pocket for the repair and did I mentioned they went to my dealership to do my oil change that was overdue Skyler gave me updates while my car was being repaired. If you’re reading this legit review please don’t hesitate to try hailmed you won’t be disappointed . I’m very pleased ☺️

  We had a freak hail storm come through that dented up my car really well. The team at Hail Medic made the entire process easy. They worked with my insurance directly so all the stress of getting my vehicle repaired was taken off my shoulders. They have great customer service, communicate updates and in general were very nice people. My car came back to me looking like nothing happened.

  I couldn't be happier with the results of my experience with Hail Medic. Whitney Case who managed the whole process was wonderful! I will definitely refer my friends and be a return customer should I need more hail repair. This was the third vehicle hail repair for me. HM repaired my dually after 2 hail storms. The divots in my hood and roof and fenders were so bad with this last storm I thought for sure it would at least need a new hood, but somehow the PDR technicians, artists, pulled it off without the need for a new panel or paint! The whole experience was great! Whitney came to my home, brought me a rental car, took my truck, provided frequent status updates and when it was all done brought my truck back to me. It looks better now than it did even before the hail damage! I paid no deductible, and no auto rental costs even though my insurance doesn't cover that! Very happy with my truck and the whole experience with Hail Medic in Ft. Worth, TX!

  I had the best experience ever with Hail Medic, especially with my rep William W., who was professional, kind and attentive. My car has several hail damage and they covered the car rental and paid the insurance deductible. William would send updates every Tuesday and Friday and answered all our questions effectively and efficiently. They made sure every part with BMW approved and even had my sunroof repaired!!! I have recommended and I recommend William and Hail Medic to everyone who may have hail damage.
