“I had heard good things about Cransh from a coworker of my wife. Our daughter was looking for a used car to replace her 12-year-old Ford Escape. I went there on a Saturday with a friend hoping to see a Honda CR-V that was in their online inventory. My "first impression" was not great as they seemed a bit busy and the first person who approached us had no personality or evident experience with good customer service. Later we approached Jason who was busy writing something up. Again, not the best first impression as he didn't look me in the eye or show much interest at first. Eventually he came to assist us and gave us his attention. The car we came to see had already been sold, so we looked over the medium sized SUVs they had on hand. We found a 2015 Acura RDX that looked in good condition. It apparently was a one-owner vehicle and had a positive Carfax report. We test drove it and didn't find any concerns. It had new tires, a clean interior, and several parts had been replaced including the timing belt. My daughter went by it see it before they closed after work; she loved it! Now for the important part! We wanted to have it checked out by our own mechanic. Jason said it would be fine, so I returned on the following Monday and did just that. My mechanic drove it and put it on a rack to give it a somewhat cursory inspection. He gave it a thumbs up. So we decided to purchase it, completed the paperwork and we were done. Jason made everything quite easy and based on our experience with them I would recommend them.”

The two guys that were working were very polite and helpful. They didn't even mind showing me showing me where to find what I was looking for. “I couldn't be happier with the results of my experience with Hail Medic. Whitney Case who managed the whole process was wonderful! I will definitely refer my friends and be a return customer should I need more hail repair. This was the third vehicle hail repair for me. HM repaired my dually after 2 hail storms. The divots in my hood and roof and fenders were so bad with this last storm I thought for sure it would at least need a new hood, but somehow the PDR technicians, artists, pulled it off without the need for a new panel or paint! The whole experience was great! Whitney came to my home, brought me a rental car, took my truck, provided frequent status updates and when it was all done brought my truck back to me. It looks better now than it did even before the hail damage! I paid no deductible, and no auto rental costs even though my insurance doesn't cover that! Very happy with my truck and the whole experience with Hail Medic in Ft. Worth, TX!”
