As I stated before, my wife and I were very dissatisfied with our original service at Joe's Pit Stop. I had initially tried reaching out to Joe (the owner) in an attempt to discuss the matters of concern pertaining to our service, however I seemed to have mistaken Joe missing my message for him evading it, which was extremely upsetting. In the end, an attempt to rectify the ordeal was made by Joe and both parties have now achieved a sense of reciprocity. A huge thank you to Joe and his two amazing mechanics for making things right! I recommend this place for those that know and understand their automotive needs. If you don't, I recommend having a conversation with Joe BEFORE repairs are made. That was one step that I mistook. “I had a major oil leak and I had called several other places but they were all closed and Ameer was the only mechanic open on a Sunday. He took care of me and made me feel like I was one of his own. I live in Georgia and needed to get back home and he got me in and out within a day and at a reasonable price as I knew it would be costly but it was fair and my car feels so much better when driving too. He even advised to drive it around and bring it back for a check-up just to ensure there were no more leaks. I knew Ameer really cared and he even did a tire rotation for me.
