“Great park! They have four sections so that they can rotate (2 open at one time, one for big dogs and one for little). Owners are pretty good about watching their dogs. Last time we were there we had a problem with another dog getting aggressive with ours, which was unfortunate, but the owner stepped in right away and everything was handled well which I appreciated!”

“The park is a nice size and there are lots of trees around. It's in a very quiet neighborhood which is nice because so many parks in Arlington seem to be located next to busy roads and all you here is the noise of traffic. The parking situation is a little odd. There is a parking lot, but it's not close to the playground. Normally I don't mind walking, but if I'm having to haul an exhausted toddler back to the car, it helps to be parked close by. The playground is nice and there are even a couple of outdoor exercise stations. No bathrooms or gazebos that I could see. It's always nice to have a bathroom at parks even if they cost some money to build and maintain. I personally think it's better than having little kids wet their pants or pee on bushes because there's no other option.”

“Plenty of beautiful flowers and a stunning lake shore to look at. It's always kept relatively clean. I only wish there were more trees and fewer snooty Viridian residents treating common visitors like peasants.”

“Absolutely beautiful all the way around. I love how the all the flowerbeds are designed with space to walk through tall flowers. Lovely cottage garden look. The native tree trail was also stunning. Had a very furn-gully feel to it. You can really tell so much love goes into the upkeep of this place but they don't focus on making it all look commercial. It's all get a very natural old world style feel to it. I'm only posting a few pictures because they really don't do the place justice.”

“This park is good. The only downside is not a whole lot of shady spots to sit as far as tables and benches are concerned.”
Address: Rose-Brown-May Pkwy, Arlington, TX 76006, USA
“I really loved this part of the park because it had a number of perfect qualifiers that together made for a great time with friends. Right above you while you eat or play games is a super big canopy with a large amount of shade. Behind you is, what I particularly liked, the open green field. The field was covered in thick and mowed grass. It gave us the option to play all sorts of fun stuff; frisbee throwing, Ultimate frisbee, lots of outside games, football, etc. To top things off, to the right was a good sized grill for anything your heart desires to cook. Wow. Great experience, great time!”
