“Clean, simple, many conveniences. Washers and dryers are uniform and take both coin and card. All machines and surfaces are cleaned several times throughout the day by staff. Bulk laundry services are available and they charge by the pound. Any policy or rule is clearly posted everywhere. (Any load left more than 15 min after it's done will be bagged by staff and held for 30 days) I feel ensured that I can walk in and half the machines aren't just sitting with someone's laundry because they ditched to go grocery shopping next door. I only wish they had their own parking section/lot instead of sharing with Kroger. Along with clean vending machines, kids play area, air conditioning, many laundry tables and many batches of seats you should comfortably be able to to all your laundry with ease while watching one of many large flat screen TVs around the facility. The laundry carts are also basically new and without rust. Also, come by in September and all dryers are free. Only caveat is that they run for 10 minutes and you have to press start again. But it's free and simple, so I'm not going to complain.”

As soon as I stepped foot on the lot a salesman approached me and asked if I needed any help I informed him I had came to look at the Mercedes they had advertised he immediately proceeded to show me where the car is and brought the key and pulled out the car for me to get a better look. The car was absolutely beautiful, it was very well taken care of and the engine was smooth. We went on a test drive, and the car drove as if it were brand new. After that, they were very easy to talk to about pricing and were negotiable on the price. They even offered me coffee and water and snacks while I was in the office. “I've been here 7 months, and everything has been great! The apartments are beautiful and the floor plans are spacious (including the patios). When I moved in, the apartment was SPOTLESS, and whenever I've had a maintenance request, they've responded very quickly. When I had some black particles coming through my shower, the maintenance guy even cleaned the tub for me to remove the staining. I feel safe here and the majority of my neighbors are great. These apartments are quiet and peaceful. Any complaints, I feel, are handled quickly and diplomatically by the leasing office. I would recommend The Cliffs to any friends or family of mine.”
