We have had the upmost professional, quality service with Alamo. In fact, I wrote them directly after a positive rental experience in Orlando. Now, we have had excellent service in Dallas too! Alamo has truly stepped up their game and competition in this rental market. Top rate customer service and fantastic cars!
(January 8, 2020, 10:54 am)The vehicle that I rented and customer service was nice I have no complaints about that. The compliant I do have is Alamo and Enterprise new policy for the local Texan renters is unfair. As much as I love renting from Alamo and Enterprise I'm going to have to take my business to your competitors Hertz, Avis and Budget. Your new policy is not fair to the people who does right by your policy we shouldn't not have to pay 200 deposit plus the amount of the rental and a certain percentage of the rental with Enterprise. Until you change your policy back to your old policy I will be going to your competitors. I wish your company the best.

(December 11, 2019, 9:31 pm)Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Very spacious and views were not restricted by any blindspots. I felt very safe driving it on the freeway. Great deal with a $15/day upgrade. I would've given 5 stars if the navigation had worked properly and didn't restrict certain numbers when typing in addresses. Made it challenging to find some places and I had to use my phone to find them.
