I received exemplary service from my Enterprise service rep during my recent trip to Dallas. He was a very tall manager -in-training. I believe his name is Alexander (Alex). He was thorough and a problem solver and got everything figured out for me. I hope he is a full-fledged manager soon. All the best and thanks for a positive experience Enterprise! Holly C
Scheduling was easy. Pick up was easy. They kindly upgraded a bit on the car. I wanted to keep it n never return it! Lol! The car was awesome and drove great. Returning it was just as easy. Definitely would use Enterprise again for all my rental needs!!!
I had a last minute emergency trip and with all the drama forgot to reserve a rental car which I realized as the plane landed in Dallas. I quickly got on my phone and made a reservation for a national chain that had sent me a 30% discount email the week before. When I got to the counter the amount was different, the discount was only "up to 30%" and given the last minute nature....almost nothing as they said most of their cars were gone. The process of dealing with the online call center help desk and the in person desk at DFW was incredibly stressful. I decided to check a few other spots. The first one I checked was Enterprise. It was the most simple, drama free process I have ever had AND the total was $100 less than the "discounted" amount I received from the other rental company. The Enterprise staff were all incredibly helpful, relaxed, and professional. My daughter and I were in the car (upgrade from what I was going to get) and on the road within minutes. It truly made my day.
Rented a car for a week while traveling during the holiday season. The car was clean and had a full tank of gas. Enterprise staff were very professional and courteous when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. The price was affordable for the week so I will definitely rent from them again soon.
My previous review was 100% a mistake and I sincerely apologize. I was leaving a review for another car rental company and clicked 1 star by accident. I wouldn't leave a negative review without an explanation. This location (actually all Enterprises I've done business with) should be commended for their kindness and compassion. I was refused service by another car company in the airport because I only had my work card. The one where your job puts money on, so it wasn't technically a credit card. This "other" car rental was so insanely rude I was shaking. I was going to my father's funeral about an hour away and had no way of getting there. I pleaded my case at Enterprise and showed them the bank card app and my return flight info. The gentleman literally fist bumped me and told me not to worry. I was driving out in just a few minutes. Thank you for helping me, it was one of the worst days of my life, seriously.
