Grand Hyatt DFW

I booked the presidential suite. It is absolutely amazing. I did have some hiccups during my stay but the staff by far is the best. The restaurant is amazing. The choice of wine 🍷is excellent.

We only checked in for about 5 minutes before we discovered that we could still catch a flight that night. Room looked really nice, but the 5 stars is because they were nice enough to refund our money. Thank you so much!

After missing several flights and dealing with airport customer service for over 2 hours, it was so refreshing to come in contact with such kind people at the front desk! I didn’t have a reservation, but they found a room for me at a discounted rate! They also provided some toiletries, like face wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a hair brush. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. It’s also awesome that you walk downstairs and TSA checkpoint is right there, so you don’t have to get to the airport hours before your flight. If I stayed here every time I missed a flight, I wouldn’t be upset. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

We spent 1 night here because our connection flight was cancelled, the facility is amazing and the staff just great, we are traveling with our sons, we were tired and frustrated because of the cancellation and the receptionist made our life so easy! He was understanding, empathetic and a real angel. Thank you Grand Hyatt!

My 9 year old son and I stayed at the Grand Hyatt DFW the night before we flew out for him to see his Mom. This makes it to the top of my list for hotel stays I've had. The room overlooked the airport yet you could watch planes in peace and quiet. I love to fly and earning my pilot license. The room was clean and you could control everything from lights to blackout window shades from your night stand. The shower was hot and the towels were white and clean. Our stay was lovely thanks to the hotel staff on the night of 2-11-2021. Our flight boarded at noon the next day and the hotel was super convenient because the hotel is in the terminal. No shuttle needed, just walk down to security and walk to your gate. Impressive.
