  We recently purchased flooring from LL Flooring and installed wooden floor in our kids bedrooms and luxury vinyl flooring in our basement. Worked with John, Matt and Jason in the Wichita store. All of them are very cordial, helpful and provided excellent customer service. We are very much pleased with their service and will strongly recommend to our friends.

  Jason helped us with our flooring. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We went to several stores before making the final decision. Jason took the time to explain all the differences of which we were looking at and we found 2 we absolutely love. Great prices, great people. We will be recommending to all of our friends and family

  Husband was buying a car while I waited outside to make sure everything went smoothly. One of the kind salesmen brought me out a water on a 100F day and made sure I wasn't needing anything. The salesman I met was very warm to me being there and answered all my questions. Overall a great experience.

  Last week I bought a nice 2011 Chevrolet Malibu from this dealership. I was helped by two wonderful people named Malia & Limon. They were both incredibly patient and understanding throughout the whole car buying process, and they were always available to help me in any way they could through the phone, even when they were not working. The fact that they both were available to help even when they were working just goes to show that they really do care about the customers and want everyone to be able to buy their own dream car. I will definitely be returning when it comes time to buy another car in my family, and I just wanted to end this review saying that I am so grateful to Excellence Auto Direct, more specifically Malia & Limon, because they helped me find my own dream car. 100/10, would recommend.

  alimony was very helpful, worked with us throughout the hole process and got us approve at a great rate, Matt was amazing assisted answering all of our questions. Definitely worth buying from here. I love my 2015 Dodge Journey

  Great place to purchase from. This team is very knowledgeable and true to their prices, we shopped around a lot before and came back here because this was truly the best offer and best customer service we received. Jose was our sales guy and followed up after our purchase to make sure we were still happy. Thank you, and yes we're still happy.
