(September 26, 2022, 7:59 pm)I had a 2005 BMW for 18 years and Parra handled the maintenance the last couple years. I bought a new BMW a week ago and have been dealing with issues ever since. The dealership claims there is no issue. I took it to the Parra team today and they confirmed what I thought about the alignment. They are professional to deal with. They did not charge for the information today. This will help me with dealing with the dealership. I highly recommend the team.
