“This is Tony! I want to shout out to this guy for service beyond reproach! I’m a regular visitor to this location. Last week I was in with my granddaughter. She had her favorite stuffed animal toy with her. As we got back into the car she must have dropped it on the ground. Tony had come outside and noticed it. I think the average employee wouldn’t have thought twice about it. However, Tony realized the toy belonged to my granddaughter. He picked it up, cleaned it up and put into a plastic bag and sealed with tape. Today when I got gas I went into the store to get a breakfast sandwich. Tony recognized me and said, “ Are you the guy that comes in with the little girl?” I said yes. He said “Hold on I got something for you.” Tony then hands me my granddaughter’s toy. Sometimes it’s hard to find excellent customer service, but today I found it. It really made my day that someone took such an effort for something so small but meaningful to me. Thanks you Tony!!!”

“Tim was so nice and very helpful!!! Only gave 4 stars because there was no building sign to say public storage so we weren't sure if the 2 buildings were it. And it was a bit warm on the 3rd floor. I'm sure all of this is in process of changing since it's all brand new facilities. I was very impressed otherwise. Tim you are awesome and pleasant to work with.”

“It took quite a while to place the order but that’s understandable because every place is short staffed. The two employees I encountered were smiling, gracious and cheerful, no bad attitudes to be seen even though they were busy. Sadly my whopper Junior did not taste good at all. The kitchen did remember to remove the mayo but the patty itself was cold, and the cheese was cold and not at all melted. Be kind to the employees but check your food before you leave.”
