(August 2, 2021, 12:37 am)The service was great but 650 dollars to change spark plugs? I assume what they told me was true about having to remove the intake manifold causing all the labor but then Toyota needs a redesign on that engine.

The employees I've interacted with are polite, well mannered, happy to assist you and answer your questions. Reminder: "Customer Service is not a department, it's everyone's job. One customer well taken care of could be more valuable than $10k worth of advertising.
