I had to order a replacement nursing pin because my daughter lost hers and was devastated. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I have received. They genuinely cared and wanted to help me out by giving me a way to order a replacement. My emails were always answered in a timely manner! I even reached out because I was worried it might have gotten lost in the mail and they couldn't have been nicer about sending me a tracking number and making sure I did in fact receive the pin I ordered. I appreciate the way they went above and beyond to help me out!
