Huge thank you to this location especially Amanda. She helped my fiancé pick out wedding bands and she couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. Amanda was knowledgeable, patient, and gave great advice. Apparently we will be going back every Christmas. I am typing this against my will. Help.

We had gone here to get the diamonds from my grandmas ring removed and set in a new band. Shannon advised we come back when the designer is on site. We did just that and Sergio did such a wonderful job. He showed me all of my options and I am so glad I trusted him with my vision. He crafted it the same day and it turned out better than I could have imagined!! Shannon was fabulous to work with as well. Great customer service! We would certainly shop here again.

I have bought a few pieces of jewelry here and the prices are always great as well as the staff. The protection plan offered here is great- covers diamonds and all for the life of the jewelry. They have everything from some pre owned jewelry to engagement sets, as well as gemstones and watches.

I had been to two regular Zales stores & told completely opposite stories & they wouldn't touch my ring without paperwork. We have moved a lot & lost inspection paperwork for my set. We came to the Zales Outlet & were taken care of. They were able to get me new inspection paperwork (original from out of state) replace the missing diamond (reason for visit) inspect my set & clean it. They are amazing!
