“Went online and scheduled an appointment. Once I arrived the staff stated that the online service was not working properly and they did not show an appointment for me scheduled. They staff found a doctor who saw me within five minutes. He diagnosed me, took x-rays, made recommendations and scheduled me for a MRI within less than thirty minutes. He was very informative about all details regarding my shoulder problems. I would highly recommend this facility. I had a prior knee surgery with Dr Pepper in 2016 and he did a great job back then. Shorter recovery time than prior knee surgeries by other doctors.”

“Made an appointment as a new patient. Was glad to be able to fill out nearly all the new patient forms online ahead of time, and only had the HIPPA form to fill out in person. I arrived 15 minutes early and was called back very shortly after arriving. Overall it was a great first visit, I received great care, and Dr. Carroll and everyone was very helpful and friendly.
