* Room felt (much) larger than 475sf ????
* Prompt response (from owners; key mgt) to email &/or questions
* PA system & hardware; PLENTY of mics & hardware; exceeded our expectations ????????
*Tech (Matt) was outstanding, patient & demonstrated grea listening skills ????????
* Rehearsal location is quick Uber ride to downtown FoWo???? - and.....Favor, DoorDash, et al, are minutes away from the many outstanding downtown FoWo dining options
B) Would Be Cool to Enhance/Add
*Common area refrigerator (or perhaps a ‘“mini” fridge in 475sf space?) -

(January 25, 2020, 2:04 pm)Very cool recording studio with space for an intimate show as well. Attended a Sofar Sounds show here and the sound was very exceptional when compared to smaller venues I've attended shows at in the past. Lots of very spacious recoding rooms down the halls and all of the equipment, furniture and artwork was very modern and well thought out.
